Paul Brickman is a casting director and photographer leading Paul Brickman Creative, Inc. The studio works across fashion, editorial, and commercial projects, with a focus on authentic, character-led casting.

Team PBC collaborates directly with brands, agencies, and production teams, managing the full casting process from sourcing and presentation through negotiation and final confirmation. Each project is handled hands-on, with custom-built casting presentations developed in-house to reflect the specific creative brief.

Supported by a network of scouts, assistants, and digital infrastructure, the studio operates a modern, streamlined casting system that allows for real-time refinement, curated talent selections, and tailored client-facing materials.
